Car accident

I was in a car accident with a Xfinity van yesterday the driver was not carrying the insurance information. I was later called by the local PD with the name of an insurance but no policy number. The insurance company has not found them in their system. I haven't found a phone number for xfinity to get to someone that can help me. What should I do?

user_rgdval. I'm sorry to hear about the accident, and I can certainly understand your concern, especially if you've been unable to obtain the insurance information needed to move forward. While we don't have access to vehicle insurance records here on forums, we'd like to help get your concerns routed to the appropriate team. If you haven't already, please keep a copy of the police report, the date and location of the accident, and any information you have regarding the Xfinity vehicle and driver. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and email address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
