Cape Coral Outage

Can someone from Xfinity tell me why I don’t have internet?  I’m in Cape Coral, never lost power during the storm.  Everyone that got power back say they have internet but I don’t?  The Florida forum doesn’t give any details other than 65% is restored in FL.
