Can't view/accept trade-in offer

Hi,

I got an email saying that my trade-in offer had been adjusted, and I needed to sign in and either accept or decline it. The link takes me to my Devices page, but there's nowhere to view the offer. I found the support article about tracking a trade-in (/support/articles/track-trade-in) but again, there is no "Trade-in detail" anywhere on my Devices page. I have no idea how to proceed from here.

Thanks for reaching out and for explaining what you’re seeing @user_kwl8ei! I can understand how confusing that would be, especially after receiving an email asking you to take action and then not being able to find the offer online. For troubleshooting purposes, please:


Clear the cache and cookies on your device’s web browser
Close all your browser’s windows.
Load our website here in a new browser session.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Cookie Preferences”.
Select “Decline All”.
Select "Save Changes” (If the window doesn’t automatically go away).
click on “Cookie Preferences” again.
Select “Accept All”.
Select "Save Changes” (If the window doesn’t automatically go away).
Then click on the link in that email.
