Can't use Plan Builder, website error
When I try to see deals or customize my plan, I get https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=10.SALESCHANNELMANAGEMENT-5055. Since the AI chat assistant is incapable of connecting me to a human being, I need to post this question and wait. I'm sure some study determined that pissing off customers having trouble until they stop trying to get help is more cost-effective than providing access to customer service, but I'm not going away. I've been a customer since before you thought up the word Xfinity, and I'm sick of your perpetually worsening service. Let me talk to a human being NOW.
