Can’t use Peacock Premium Account

I have Peacock premium included in my Xfinity account, but I can’t use it because when I login it asks me to pay for a subscription. I’ve had the same problem for several months and still have not been able to find a resolution after consulting with Xfinity and Peacock. Wondering if anyone has found the answer. To offer this as a benefit of an upgraded package and not be able to resolve issues with it it’s really poor service and I am highly disappointed. Hoping Xfinity and Peacock get their user experience together.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing great today. I understand you are having trouble accessing your Peacock offer for your promotion. I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble for some time, and you haven't had any progress yet. That said, I will certainly do all I can to help.

I did check the account, and I see are all is good as far as the Peacock offer. Can you tell me more about what occurs when you try to activate the offer? If you visit this link, xfinity.com/activate-peacock, do you see an "activate now" button listed?

@XfinityVianney when I click the activate-peacock link, it says it’s already activated. Yet when I login, it tells me I have to pay for a subscription. I looked into this a bit ago and I’m not sure what email or login is tied to the offer. Is Xfinity able to see which email the offer is tied to? Also, if this doesn’t work is there a different streaming service I can get in place of this? I cancelled my Peacock in anticipation of getting this for free and still haven’t been able to use it.

user_nunact I would be happy to help find the login needed for the subscription you get to Peacock at no cost. I wouldn't be able to swap it for another at no cost, but I can help find out how to access the Peacock you get at no cost.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
