Can’t upgrade to unlimited data plan

Already hitting my data plan usage amount, and have been trying to upgrade to unlimited but I just get stuck in this never ending loop to upgrade my plan but not to upgrade to unlimited and when I do get anywhere about xFi I get a 502 bad gateway error.

Hello, @dior_11 how are you? Some things that come to mind are making sure you're logged in as the primary user, trying different browsers, devices and clearing cache, cookies, and history. This can help!

 

Do you have an owned modem or a leased Xfinity modem? If these steps don't help feel free to send us a direct message, so we can add unlimited data for you. The good news is you can add it mid-month to avoid any extra costs. 

 

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
