Can't Upgrade Internet Speed

I have been trying to upgrade my internet speed and have only received the following error seen in the attached image that appears after I select the desired plan and press the next button.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
