Can't turn on Seasonal Hold

Hi - 

Currently paying $8 p/month for seasonal hold. 

Looking to turn WiFi on, starting Sunday 1s June, but that date is grey'd out (at https://comcastseasonal.com/). First available date is Sunday 15th. 

Please re-activate to start 1 June, or LMK how - thanks a lot.

user_aqcjec Has it been less than 60 days since your Seasonal Plan started? This may be a reason that is greyed out. Another reason may be if you have made a change to your Seasonal Convenience Plan since it started. There is only one change that can be made while on the plan. 
 
If these don't apply to you, you can send us a direct message with your full name and service address where you have the Seasonal Convenience Plan. 
 
  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
