Can’t track Xfinity Router - Delayed Shipping

We had placed a delayed shipping order for Aug 31st since that was our move-in day. However, there has been no notification that the order has been shipped or delivered.

Is there any way to track the status of the order or can we visit a local Xfinity store and have a free-pickup even if the order is yet to come?

If you didn't receive your equipment in the mail, you can use this link to find the most convenient Xfinity Service Center. Once you select a location, you can schedule an appointment to save time waiting in line if they happen to be busy when you visit.
