Can't speak to a representative due to outage
My internet service has been out since the storm came through on Saturday. When I look at the outage map, I don't see anyone out but me. And because I have an outage, I'm not able to speak to a representative to see if someone is actively working to fix the service. I work from home and this has been a real inconvenience for me as I’ve need to purchase additional hotspot data from my phone provider in order for me to work. I need to get a better estimate on when my internet will be restored because as soon as possible is not at all adequate enough of an estimate as this has been going on since Saturday.
