Can't sign up for unlimited plan

Good morning.  I am trying to sign up for unlimited data and am being told that the "product I am interested in isn't available."  In doing a little searching, it seems like this has been a very common complaint over the past 4-5 months.  What's going on?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
