Can't Return Equipment

I have been unable to return the equipment because it never listed it as an option on the returns page. Now I have been charged for it.

You do have a few other easy return options available:

  • Xfinity Retail Store: You can drop off your equipment at your nearest Xfinity Retail location. To find the closest store and view store hours, please visit: https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.

  • UPS Store: You may also take your equipment to a local UPS Store. They’ll box it up and return it for you at no cost. To find a UPS Store near you, visit: https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store.

If I take it to a local UPS store, do I need a return label?

Also, will I be credited for the $150 equipment charge once the equipment is received?
