Can’t receive calls or setup voicemail
When I dial my home phone from another phone it doesn’t ring. Instead i get a message saying that it can’t accept messages because the mailbox is not setup. When I try to setup the mailbox there is already a mailbox there for my phone number.
i think the problem is related to the fact I ported my number to another service, didn’t like it and came back to Xfinity. I think the mailbox already there is from before I left. If so, there is no way I see to delete or reset the mailbox so I can do a setup. Any ideas?
