Cant reach anyone at 1800xfinity

user_jkfk08 If your Xfinity account includes Max, you can set up and use your Max account by connecting your Xfinity account to the Max app or website. If you're the primary Xfinity user, you'll need to use your Xfinity ID and password to create a Max account and password. This will allow you and other household members to access Max. 
Here's a breakdown of how to set up your Max account with Xfinity:
1. Connect your Xfinity account to Max:
If you're the primary Xfinity user: Open the Max app or website and select "Connect Your Provider".
Choose Xfinity: Select Xfinity as your provider.
Sign in with your Xfinity credentials: You may be redirected to the Xfinity sign-in page to enter your Xfinity ID and password. 

I use the code optoin so I can enter everything on my phone to verify the account. Make sure you are using the Primary Xfinity ID login information since the Primary ID is the only one that subscriptions are linked to.
