Can't reach anybody for help
Is anybody left at Xfinity
I need a better rate, or to cancel, can't afford the price it was changed to. Calling is ai endless loops, the chat says they have no one, the callback system doesn't work, I messaged support on this platform, viewed but not replied to.
What is going on, I used to get spam calls from this company, now it's a ghost town.
