Can't print shipping label for return my modem

I would like to return my modem to local UPS store, and I tried to go to link provided by Xfinity. But I can't proceed. It says I need to select a device but there are no device I can select.
How can I proceed this process?

Please be advised, you do not need a shipping label for your local UPS store. Since we partner with them, all you need to do is, bring your equipment into the store, the UPS team will create a shipping label for you (at no cost), and provide you with a receipt for tracking.

@XfinityFelicia​ Yes you do need a label if your not near a UPS Store or Xfinity Store.
