Can't move my NOW service address online, it keeps taking me to a broken webpage
I need to change the address of my internet service as I just moved to a new apartment. All links available online (thru xfinity assistant, FAQ, etc) are not working. Please connect me to a real representative so that I can get my internet working in my new apartment. Thank you

Hello @caitlinpulizotto, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. For "NOW" services, customers must cancel the existing NOW account and sign up for a new one at the new address, as transferring of services is not available.
