Can't make any changes to account

I wanted to get charges removed for 2 adapters that we no longer use and wanted to see what upgrade options are available for the internet. I can't make any changes what so ever, nor can I even

see what packages are available online. Everytime I click on something to make a change to my account it directs me to a page that say's I have to call. Sorry, but any time I ever call I end up with someone located in the Philipines (the customer reps I spoke to verified this btw). It's very hard to discusss anything with them. Once I called because all my services stopped working and the rep kept asking me if I wanted to sign up for services..... It's really frustrating that I can't manage my account on line especially for the amount of money I put out for their services. May have to look into other services....

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues making changes online, our goal is to make things easier and so I'd be glad to assist you further with this! Please click on my handle (ComcastGina) and send a private message with your name and service address so we can take a look at internet options. The adapters will need to be returned in order for the charges to be removed. There a number of ways to return equipment listed in that link but please let us know if you are running issues with that as well, when you send a private message.
