user_z9vz2e Thank you so much for reaching out to us to let us know about he issue you are having making calls over Wi-Fi. Have you enabled W-Fi calling on your device? You can enable Wi-Fi calling on an iPhone by following there instructions:

Go to Settings > Cellular.
Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
Toggle it to the ON position
