Can’t help me with live agent

I am very frustrated right now and have been for the past 2 days now because everytime I try talking to a live agent the AI answering machine tells me that for security reasons they can not help me I have tried calling numerous times and same thing no matter what I am trying to get my services back but it seems that Xfinity only likes to take our money but not really help their customers. All the times I have called I haven’t been able to get a hold of a live agent and at this point it is super frustrating
