Can't get unlock code for device.

I don't know if this is just odd or just plain evil. I ended services with Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile in 2023 and I had a device that I PAID IN FULL that I'm trying to get unlocked; It's an android. Sadly, it is carrier locked with Xfinity Mobile so I can't take it to my new provider and use it as a business line.

I've called them and they blatantly said they can't help me..... I've contacted chat multiple times and they created ticket numbers and promised me I'd recieve an email with the device unlock code within 24 hours.....surprise...they didn't.

So I'm on chat again. My first agent dropped me and someone else is taking over...

Right now I'm collecting a paper trail to send to the FCC for this scam company. How you won't let me use the phone I paid you for? How does that make sense? It's not my fault my new service area doesn't have you guys.

So to give an update. I was dropped again by another agent. Is there anyone that can give me my device unlock code so I can use my phone? This is literally crazy
