Can’t get rid of Hulu

I just got an email saying my Hulu subscription is renewing. I never had a Hulu subscription to begin with. Then it says I need to cancel through the TV Box. I have no tv box and only have mobile and internet through infinity. Went to billing and there is nothing about Hulu. Xfinity assistant and hotline have been extremely unhelpful. Thanks for reaching out to us, this link  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-hulu-subscription has great information on how to manage your subscription for Hulu if it's billed through Xfinity.

Let me know if the information above is helpful and resolving your concerns with the Hulu subscription.

That's strange if you're getting a notification to auto renew from Hulu and when you go to Hulu it's telling you it's billed by Xfinity.

So that means there's most likely a subscription on your account.

let's take a deeper look into your account to see if we can get this taken care of for you.

go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
