Cant Get Internet !

I was told by customer service that my house could not be serviced ...This house was just built along with 2 others on this block ....My next door neighbor just got internet from xfinity and explained it was a hassle for her as well ...Need help I can not go with out internet ..I need it for work and school ..please!
