Can’t get help no matter what I do
My internet is absolute [Edited: "Language"] despite paying for one of the highest level of services. When I try to do their customer service “prompts”, because you can’t speak to a human ever, it says it’s my device. How can it be my device if it is EVERY SINGLE DEVICE IN MY HOUSE? This includes my hardwired desktop computer. Because of this the customer support chat and call in phone support will not let me go any further. I have tried all sorts of combinations of things to try to get a live human but apparently they don’t want my business - I have a sneaky suspicion that they marked my account somehow that that is the problem and will not allow human contact. My internet is so bad I can’t even watch a video on YouTube without it constantly buffering if I can get it to play at all and half the time I can’t even get a webpage to load!! I had better service with AOL dialup back in the 90’s!!! Yet I’m paying for one of the fastest services they have. What a joke! I even rent my modem from them so they can’t say that’s the problem. They are hemorrhaging money out of me but not delivering in the slightest. And my network is not overloaded either - the most we have on our network at one time is 2 desktop computers that are both hardwired in and 2 cell phones, but typically on a daily basis it is only 1 hardwired desktop and 1 cell phone and the most they’re usually used for is watching videos. We’re supposed to be able to both be able to game at the same time with no issues but I can’t even game on one computer without constantly being kicked off for lag and internet issues - I asked for a log from the game to find out why I was being disconnected. It literally was all because the internet connect was so bad. My desktop computers are hardwired in. There shouldn’t be internet issues. I was told what I pay for should be able to support at least double our highest amount. What a joke! If anyone could possibly assist me in getting a live human being to speak with me, I would appreciate because otherwise I’m going to cancel all my services, and they are multiple, and I will never get service with Xfinity again, which is a shame because I’ve had them for over 25 years. They don’t care about loyalty though. You should be able to speak with a person. Xfinity is currently worthless in my opinion.
