Can't get Comcast to pick up this Flex box I never asked for in the first place

The device doesn't show up so I can't select it to have a return label printed out. Just got an email saying I never use it so why not return it? That's what I've been trying to do . I never asked for it and nobody can tell me how to get you to pick it up.
