Can't get any response
I returned my equipment, but I'm still being charged. I cancelled my service because of the terrible customer service you have, but now I can't access my account to speak to a rep. I tried the chat online and there's an error every time I request a call back. Tmobile has much better prices for internet and wonderful customer service.
