Can’t get ahold of anyone
I finally cancelled my account in April, payed my last payment and sent the equipment back. I thought I was free of this exhausting company but NOPE. Today (in July) I received a bill in the mail to my house STATES away. I cancelled in April so why am I receiving a bill for JUNE? And I can’t get through the phone lines because the robot can’t pull up my account that NO LONGER EXISTS.
Xfinity is the most trash company when it comes to customer service. Good luck getting anyone on the line.

@user_d1igr2 How did you reach out in april to cancel? If you spoke to a xfinity agent and requested cancelatio, you should have gotten a email comfirmation on the cancel request
