Can't get a response to my cancellation request

I am trying to cancel my Xfinity internet service. The callback scheduling is broken and I cannot reach anyone by phone or chat. I need my service canceled.

Xfinity's "schedule callback" feature is broken. The chat is just repeated robotic answers. Calling the voice number doesn't pick up. Please have a live human call me or email me so that I can cancel service, otherwise I will have to drive 40 miles and take my equipment to the Xfinity store.
