Can't find order status

On 7 Sept I ordered an xfinity pod. I'm still waiting for it's arrival.

I only have a confirmation saying that the order was received-- I can't tell if the order is in transit or if it hasn't even been sent.

Is order tracking (with expected ship and arrival dates) available? If so, where is that information?
