Can't find house's updated street number

I'm moving to a new house and the street number was updated from [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I can see that there is service in the area based on the previous listed address of [Edited: "Personal Information"] but, the new one doesn't pop up on the drop down to start service to. Can you see if the new listed address can be added to the system?

And just to be clear, both these addresses are for the same house, [Edited: "Personal Information"].

thanks

Old Address: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

New Address: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Moved to Customer Service as this is not Accessibility/disability related.

Greetings, @user_3qinev! You are at the right place for assistance. We would be happy to help with your address. Was your home assigned the new address by USPS? If you are not finding that address when you search our website we will need to enter a Serviceability ticket to see if we can add it. Once that is done, we would be able to transfer service or set up a new account there.

I have a similar issue. How do we enter a serviceability ticket? And what do you do if an address is not yet in USPS's system?

Thank you for confirming it's a house that was converted to a triplex @user_45ji93. May I ask if each unit has it's own USPS address?
