CANT CONTACT CONSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
I am trying to contact xfinity to cancel the TV service on my plan and for 2 days now when I call it basically says:
There is an outage in my area and to wait till its resolved and hangs up on me. Zip 98531
THERE IS NO OUTAGE IN MY AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried contacting them thru online chat and it says the same thing. I looked up the outage map and it shows my address with the label "X1 TV impaired"
This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. To basically ban me from speaking to someone is not even heard of.
