Can't connect

I have had the now pass for 2 months. I just paid again and now it won't let me connect. It says connection failed or can't find IP address for 3 days now. How can I get it working again?

All inquiries for NOW Wi-Fi would need to go to the phone number provided on the confirmation email you received when you bought your pass. I sincerely apologize we currently do not have support NOW Wi-Fi over the community forums platform.
