Can't change plan online because of apartment arrangement

I want to browse current plan offers for xfinity internet via web browser, but can't get past the "bulk-tenant" screen. The apartment complex at which I reside offers free basic cable via xfinity. Because of this, I'm consistently redirected to: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/landing/bulk-tenant with the message:

Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address.

We've partnered with your community to bring Xfinity service to your location.

An unfortunate oversight. The AI support has been no help either. I would appreciate any assistance.

@KerahcazDe Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you set up an Xfinity account through your community. Have you called the number provided so you can speak with someone familiar with the service pricing for your specific apartment complex? Once you have an account set up, you may have options to add additional upgrades to the level of service included in your apartment.

@XfinityEmilyB I have, and that's how I've done it in the past. If there is such an option online, I haven't been able to find it. I did manage to get the website stuck in a redirect loop by searching for active service at my address + APT#
