Can't cancel service

There's no way to do it online. The chat box makes me schedule a call for over a week from now, so I can pay for another month I won't use. Forums direct you to dm, though that's not an option anywhere and the link to dm just leads to the forum. This has got to be illegal. Cancelling should not be so inaccessible.
