Can't cancel my wifi plan, the portal says it's having some trouble scheduling the callback
Hi, I would like to cancel my wifi plan starting June 25th. To avoid getting charged, I need to get it cancelled before June 27th.
Other forum posts responses say to start a DM on the top right corner next to the bell icon, but I am not seeing such options.
Please advise as soon as possible.
