Can't cancel my service

I tried canceling my service through call back but it's been weeks I always get a message that xfinity is having trouble scheduling a call. I tried using chat bot and still couldn't get anyone online. I really need help canceling my service and not pay while I am not even using the internet.

Hello, @user_57bk0r. I'm sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your services with us. We would hate to lose you as customer. Is there a particular reason as to why you need to disconnect your account? Is there anything I can do to help change your mind?

I have already switched to a cheaper alternative so please help me cancel the service.

@user_57bk0r - We are definitely saddened to see you go; however, I can certainly assist you with getting your services cancelled as you are requesting. Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
