Can’t cancel hulu
I have tried on my own to cancel Hulu that I have through Xfinity without any success. Please help me do this. I’ve just spent an hour and a half on the phone with Xfinity telling me that I have to do it myself. Now that I’m trying to do it myself I am unable to

Hi there and welcome Comcast @user_hbipzu. To cancel a Hulu subscription billed through Xfinity, navigate to Settings > Apps & Subscriptions on your X1 or Flex box and select Unsubscribe. Alternatively, use the voice command "Manage Hulu" or log in to the Xfinity subscriptions page to remove the service.
