Can't cancel HULU

Question

I am trying to cancel my Hulu Subscription but I don't have a tv box. It tells me to go through the TV to cancel it. I've tried to cancel through HULU but they won't tell me my login information. So I am stuck paying for a service I just don't/can't use. I tried talking through the 'Chat' but it also isn't helpful.
