Can’t cancel Hulu

Please help! We signed up for Hulu one month free trial through Xfinity app. We are attempting to cancel it now and apparently the only way to do this is through our Xfinity cable box. According to their directions, the only way to modify or cancel an app subscription is through the cable box. I have followed the directions and gone into “settings” and then “apps & subscriptions”. However…..when I click the “app & subscriptions” it tells me “you have no app subscriptions yet” but we clearly do. We have been watching Hulu for the last month and have seen it itemized on our last bill with the $0.00 promotion charge so clearly it’s attached to our account. I have spent over an hour now talking to the customer service with no help and nothing is working! Please help!

Hello, @user_9f767a  Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
