Can't believe the FCC allows xfinity to operate

I don't know where to begin. My internet service has been horrible for the past 8 months. Just last week I was told to upgrade to a new box, wow what a difference. However this week 2 representatives  tried to change my service

 I was lied to, they added a new line and sent me a phone that I was told it was free. I was immediately charged after I asked several times if I'd be charged. After the 2 hour runaround I finally connected with someone who took care of it. Meanwhile, my original reason for contacting you was to cancel service, which was not done. In the same week my cable stopped working.  Another frustrating call to the automated guard that gives you the runaround.  I finally reached someone  who tried to fix but I needed a tech. Scheduled an appt between 8a 10a. I received 1 call  @ 8a but disconnected b4 I could answer. To make this shorter, I was given an appointment and the customer service offered me a free watch with discounted charge. This person ordered a phone line without permission and flat out lied about free watch and additional line. I finally reached someone who took care of the bogus charges and got me scheduled for today. All I wanted was to cancel the highway robbery cable service. I would cancel all but xfinity is the only provider in my area for internet. Such a shame. I would never recommend you to anyone, [Edited: "Language"] service, horrendous customer support and toooo expensive and you go up periodically without informing customer.  I want to cry every time I need to contact xfinity.
