Can't add xFi Pods?

I'm trying to add a 2nd generation xFi pod to my cart and checkout, but it always gives me an error and fails to load. It even does this on the app. Is the site bugged? Is my account blocked from getting one?

user_386w0l You can use this link https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/xfi-pod as you will be able to purchase one. I would recommend to clear cache/cookies, and try a new web browser as well.
