Can’t add payment method
I haven’t been able to add my payment method online and I also went into the store and they couldn’t help I am very annoyed about this it’s very inconvenient that out of all the 4+ customer Service employees that finally answered that I’ve talked to and NO ONE can help I just want to talk to someone that can PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Hello! Very sorry to hear you are having these issues with getting the payment method added. Are you doing this via the MyAccount app or online portal? I was also wondering if this was an ACH or card you were wanting to configure? Appreciate all of your time, I can assure you that this is never the experience we want you having.

I am having the same issue. It is frustrating customer service can not help on this. Tried with all 3 channels 1) using web site 2) using xfinity app 3) using IVR.
Every time same Error message " You've Exceeded number of attempts to add a new payment instrument. We are unable to process your request at this time"..
Called Csutomer Rep.. was advised to try after 24 hours. Tried after 24 hours same error
Call Customer Rep again, same answer
multiple times.
Does Xfinity have any clue how to help customers. Very disappointed .

I totally agree with this person It is a joke that no one can simply add a payment method You do not have any problem cashing our checks.
