Can’t activate service at new address
I’m trying to get my Xfinity gateway set up at my new address.
When I tried to activate my equipment, the app tells me I can’t proceed because I have an outstanding bill. I paid that charge this morning (and it has posted to my card).
I’m unable to get internet service at my new place and the virtual agent is unable to help me. Can someone please help me untangle this?
