Can’t activate router

I get stuck on a loading screen on the app after i click the activate service button (waited 10+ minutes)

user_bkn79a Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your activation. That would be frustrating, and I appreciate you letting us know you are not able to get your activation complete. If you are using a mobile device for setup, I would try closing the app and any other Xfinity windows you may have open before pulling the app back up and starting over. Make sure you have a good signal before starting. If you still get the same issue, are you able to try from a different device?
