Can’t activate Peacock

I was told that my plan includes free access to Peacock but every time I try to activate it, the website says that I’m not eligible for the offer?!

user_9rw4uc Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I understand you are trying to activate your Peacock subscription. Can you confirm if you are using this link to try and activate it, as well as what type of error you are getting, and where it is during the activation process?

Yes, that is the link I am using. After I click on it, it takes me to a webpage that says my account is not eligible for this Peacock offer.

user_9rw4uc I appreciate you confirming that. In order for us to better assist you, can you please send us a DM to Xfinity support with your full name and address to get started?

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
