Can't activate Peacock Premium

Thank you for reaching out to us  @user_69ad05! Our team can certainly assist with this Peacock Premium activation concern. For troubleshooting purposes, please:

1. Clear the cache and cookies on your device’s web browser
2. Close all your browser’s windows.
3. Load our website in a new browser session.
   • https://www.xfinity.com/
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Cookie Preferences”.
5. Select “Decline All”.
6. Select "Save Changes” (If the window doesn’t automatically go away).
7. click on “Cookie Preferences” again.
8. Select “Accept All”.
9. Select "Save Changes” (If the window doesn’t automatically go away).

Then attempt to activate peacock following these steps:

1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
• Note: If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
2. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
3. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
4. Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
5. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
• If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
