Can't activate Peacock, I need customer support
I am unable to activate my Peacock account. When I click the link in my email, it takes me to the activation page. I enter the email and click activate and I keep getting the message: "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It" I tried the "How to Find" the other account and nothing shows up. I was able to get a live agent on the xfinity chat and they said they would open up a ticket and it would be resolved in two hours. However, that was yesterday and I do not see a ticket created. I tried getting back on the chat, but was not able to get a live agent. How can I contact a real person at xfinity to rectify this issue?
