Can’t activate peacock Account

I recently moved and it gave me a new subscription to peacock. It now won’t let me activate it since I already have an account associated with my Xfinity email. Is there a way to transfer my old Xfinity peacock account to my new Xfinity account? It’s the same email address.

Hello user_7lhozn, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forum. A few questions, you moved, did you change your plan? Did you try signing in to your prior account?

Hi!

Yes! Same plan. And yes, when I logged back into my peacock account it asked me to choose a plan. When I went to try to activate through Xfinity it said I can’t because an account is associated with that email.
