Can't activate my upgraded peacock subscription

I upgraded my Peacock subscription to Ad Free and it wont let me activate the subscription anywhere. I get the same "something unexpected happened" on every platform, browser, incognito, etc for the past week. So Im paying $6 extra for nothing.
