Can't activate ESPN unlimited - bulk account

Hi,

I spent two hours with phone reps trying to activate this, hoping for better luck on the forums. My account is part of an HOA bulk package that includes ESPN , and I received an email to activate ESPN Unlimited. However:

1)  ESPN is not visible on https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions   - bulk account phone rep thought it should be there

2)  Activation email links send me to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, and pressing "Add & Manage Subscriptions" there sends me to a "Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address." page

3)  ESPN app goes to a "Select your provider" page that refers me to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions

Ticket [Edit: Ticket number removed] was opened. Can a rep please advise how to resolve this?
